MacFixIt

Since 1996, Ted Landau (author of several Macintosh troubleshooting books) has been helping out the Macintosh community by posting Mac tips, hints, work-arounds and solutions of any sort. The site also reports news about documented bugs, conflicts and problems with existing versions of popular software and hardware.

Apple History.com

Glen Sanford started www.apple-history.com in May, 1996 as a school project. Since then, he has shown his love and dedication to the Macintosh platform throughout this site. Perhaps a bit too Apple-centric at times, he reviews not only Apple products but also company history.

AppleInsider

This is NOT the old MacInsider site, which had insiders reporting information from within Apple's headquarters before it was supposed to be public. However, AppleInsider is similar in spirit...trying to shead light on future MacOS versions and future hardware releases. They seem to have a leg up on many other sites!
